Srinivasa Reddy R, Chairman is very fond of tendering for challenging works which involves complicated designs such as work of forming a tunnel for irrigation canal and constructions of pump houses and its auxiliary works lift water to height of more than 100 meters.

He ensures that sufficient know how is always available with the company which execute such works.
